Touch & Restored is a not-for-profit Florida corporation, founded by Jacqueline Sinclair in 2017. The company intends to provide housing accommodation, counseling services, and care for abused, homeless or abandoned adults and children with their accompanying parent(s).
The Owner Principal, Jacqueline Sinclair is qualified and experienced to provide management of the facility. A board of directors was elected to provide organizational oversight to meet operating requirements outlined by funding sources or for 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation. An executive management team will be appointed to implement the company’s policies, strategies, and programs.

The mission of T.O.U.C.H. is to provide housing accommodation and care for abused, displaced adults or children with accompanying parent(s) in a compassionate and caring way through services provided by our trained professionals. In addition Touch has the mission to create an environment resulting in regained self-confidence and motivated participants who will become productive members of the community trough employment.
T.O.U.C.H's vision is of adults or children and families who feel less displaced by their circumstances and work to bring normality to their lives.
